So SoRrY....

Hi Family and Friends. I have been asked when I am going to put some more post on my blog. I have been sO BuSy with the Holiday Craft Fair that the Reedom PTA is hosting at the school, that I find myself running out of time at the end of the day. So, I do apologize. On a side note, I am VERY.. VERY... excited about our Craft Fair. We currently have 21 vendors signed up eager to sell their stuff. I have met some amazing people who have contacted me that are interested in our event. I have to tell all my friends who have signed up to do a booth.. ThAnK yOu.. tHaNk YoU... you are all my heros! Thank you for helping me make my point. Some of you may not know about the Holiday Craft Fair so let me tell ya.... :-)
On December 6th, 2008 from 10:00-4:00 at Reedom Elementary the PTA will be holding a Get to Know Your Neighbor/Holiday Craft Fair. We wil have many vendors, entertainment, a craft corner for kids, and lots of yummy food. If you want more details just let me know. Oh, and if you want to particpate that day, just let me know...

PBR 2008

On Saturday we were going to take the girls out to Bonnie Springs for the Halloween festivities they were hosting. But, after a long week of Halloween this and Halloween that, we decided we need to do something else. We were going to go to the PBR Finals this coming Saturday night, but since Cody is having a CORT night at the UNLV -vs- New Mexico on Saturday, we decided to go last Saturday. We all love bull riding, even Sawyer. It has become kind of a family thing on Sunday night after we eat dinner we watch the bull riding. We all have our own favorite riders, but we all enjoy watching Justin McBride ride, and since he is retiring after this year, we didn't want to miss him ride one last time. Cody was in Vegas last year at this time and so the girls and I flew out to go to the last day of the finals to watch Justin win the title. It was amazing, it brought tears to my eyes, and Cody too, even though he would never admit it. So this year we weren't going to miss it again. One of my favorite riders who is retired is J.W. Hart and the picture above is of him getting ready to do one of his interviews. I was star stricken as always. The opening ceremony is always awesome to watch and Saturday night had some of the toughest ranked bulls and not many rides went 8 seconds, but watching them was amazing just the same. I can't wait until next year!

How I love Halloween, but I am not sad to see it over. Two Trunk-or-Treats, sponsored school Halloween party, a classroom party and parade at KyLee's school, and Trick-or-Treating can wear a mom out! I have to admit though, I loved Trick-or-Treating in warm weather. The girls got to wear their costumes and didn't have to worry about putting on layers of warm clothes. The girls had a great time Trick-or-Treating with our neighbors. I was worried that the kids might not have any houses to go to in our neighborhood Halloween night since we are in a brand new neighborhood and it dosen't seem like there are many kids in this neighborhood. The girls definitely got enough candy, and we actually ran out of candy at our house. It just goes to show, kids in Vegas don't play outside!! I don't know where they all came from.
